With its easily accessible location near the busy interchange of Interstate 5 and State Highway 20 and diverse merchandise mix, Cascade Mall has all the key ingredients to make it the most important retail address in Washington’s Skagit County. Located some 60 miles north of Seattle in the heart of Skagit Valley, Cascade is the only enclosed mall in the county. In fact, the nearest mall competition is approximately 30 miles away. Macy’s—which added a second location in the mall during 2005—leads a mix that includes 80 specialty stores, a 14-screen theater and a brand new Johnny Carino’s Restaurant that opened in 2007.
